Riyadh, The Saudi-Danish Friendship Committee at Shura Council, headed by Hazza Al-Qahtani, met today in Riyadh with Ambassador of Denmark to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ole Emil Moesby and a number of officials at the embassy.
At the outset of the meeting, Al-Qahtani welcomed the Danish ambassador and stressed the importance of such meetings in enhancing communication in a way that contributes to further enhancing bilateral ties in various fields.
Both sides praised the distinguished ties between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Denmark, reviewing aspects of these relations at the economic and investment levels.
For his part, Ambassador Moesby highlighted the importance of the Middle East Green Initiative that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced and its role in maintaining the environment, nature and earth, praising the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s safety and stability due to its procedures that preserve the safety of its residents.
The meeting also went over issues of mutual interest and means to further develop bilateral ties to move this cooperation to wider scopes in all fields.
