Abu Dhabi: SeaWorld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, the world's largest indoor marine life theme park, has unveiled the groundbreaking 'SeaSub' experience, offering guests an unprecedented opportunity to explore the region's largest multi-species marine life aquarium from a new vantage point.
According to Emirates News Agency, the SeaSub is the world's first classed submersible specifically designed, built, and certified for an aquarium environment. This innovative submersible accommodates four guests alongside SeaWorld Abu Dhabi's trained pilots, providing a unique 30-minute tour that descends over 20 meters deep. Visitors can witness the park's diverse marine life, including sharks, rays, and schooling fish.
This launch is part of SeaWorld Abu Dhabi's ongoing commitment to delivering immersive and educational marine life experiences, complementing existing attractions like SeaVenture and SeaDive. Rob Yordi, General Curator at SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, emphasized the park's dedication to blending education, conservation, and entertainment, aiming to create lasting memories for guests. He expressed excitement about adding the SeaSub experience to their offerings, hoping it will forge unforgettable family memories.
Additionally, the Marine Life Theme Park has expanded its attractions with 'Discover Scuba Diving' and 'Kayak on the Tropical Lagoon'. These new encounters allow guests to scuba dive without certification and explore the Tropical Ocean realm by kayak, respectively. Participants can learn about marine animals from SeaWorld Abu Dhabi's Zoological team while enjoying the vibrant natural habitats.
