Sharjah: Following the success of its inaugural edition, BEEAH, the region’s pioneer for sustainability and innovation, has officially announced the launch of the 2025-2026 Future Leadership Programme (FLP), welcoming a new cohort of high-potential professionals from within the organisation as well as external companies.
According to Emirates News Agency, the programme, launched in collaboration with Emeritus, empowers participants to become strategic, agile leaders while expanding their capabilities across critical business domains, including communication, analytics, financial acumen, innovation, and emerging technologies. This initiative aims to equip participants to drive transformation in a decade defined by rapid digital change.
In response to the surge in AI and emerging technologies, the programme helps companies navigate some of the world’s biggest challenges and opportunities. The 10-month executive development programme features a uniquely forward-thinking curriculum, designed to prepare high-potential mid-level managers to thrive and lead future-ready organisations.
By providing a dynamic blend of leadership development, strategic thinking, and hands-on application, the programme encourages self-discovery and executive presence, design thinking for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and financial fluency. Participants will explore how to lead high-performing teams, drive strategic execution, and manage change with agility, preparing them to tackle the complexities of the modern era for their organisations.
Speaking on the sidelines of the launch event, Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice Chairman of BEEAH, stated that at BEEAH, they believe people and innovation are key to companies thriving in the modern economy. As technology continues to accelerate faster than many employees can upskill, the Future Leadership Programme is designed as a transformative journey to build critical skills and knowledge for the evolving business landscape. The programme is not only a development initiative for individual employees at BEEAH but an essential part of their evolution on an organisational level to meet ambitious growth targets.
The programme will include immersive learning experiences, classroom sessions, executive coaching, keynote events, and industry site visits to leading organisations in the UAE. Participants will be challenged with a capstone project, allowing them to apply their learning to address real-world organisational problem-solving. The programme is designed to accommodate executives’ busy calendars, combining 10 modules of in-person classes, complemented by self-paced online certificate courses accredited by top-tier global business universities and institutions in collaboration with Emeritus, including Columbia Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth.
Initially designed to enhance the management capabilities of BEEAH employees in line with the company’s growth strategy, the programme is now building on the milestones from last year by welcoming external participants. The 20 participants in the 2025-2026 cohort will include executives from BEEAH and prominent organisations working in sectors such as media, philanthropy, and education.

The inaugural batch successfully completed the programme last year, with learning outcomes related to the latest trends in technology and AI, as well as best practices in leading organisations. The programme was originally created to align with the UAE’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and BEEAH’s growth strategy, underscoring its commitment to driving innovation, sustainability, digitalisation, and growth.
