The Second International Conference for the Qualification and Empowerment of Educational and Academic Leaders kicked off yesterday at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Jeddah. The event aims to achieve personal and institutional excellence within educational sectors, bringing together senior leaders from public and university education across the Kingdom and the Arab world alongside academics, researchers, and experts in quality and institutional excellence. The conference focuses on presenting cutting-edge research in educational management and leadership while also forecasting the future of education in the Arab world. Through the exchange of experiences and the presentation of successful case studies, the event aims to contribute to the ongoing development of the educational process. Chairman of the Conference, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Zahrani, emphasized the role of scientific conferences in promoting knowledge exchange and innovation. He highlighted the importance of leveraging information technology to support educ ation, developing innovative frameworks to address educational challenges objectively, and promoting institutional excellence across various educational sectors. On its first day, the conference featured the presentation of four working papers that explored key topics, including the future of institutional excellence in educational institutions, modern trends in educational and academic leadership, the use of artificial intelligence in education, and the role of organizational culture and administrative intelligence.
