New York - Ma'an - The UN Security Council will discuss today, Tuesday, the situation in the Middle East, especially the Palestinian issue, the war on Gaza, and the Israeli strikes launched by the occupation on August 10 on a school housing displaced persons. Members will hear a briefing from Rosemary DiCarlo, Head of the Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs, and Lisa Dotten, Director of the Financing and Partnerships Division of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
