Sharjah: The Sharjah Executive Council (SEC) convened its weekly meeting at the Ruler's Office, overseen by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi and H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi. The session focused on reviewing progress in government initiatives, enhancing services for Sharjah's citizens and residents, and supporting plans for improving the quality of life and social stability.
According to Emirates News Agency, the Council considered amendments to the draft law concerning the expert profession before judicial authorities, as proposed by the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC). The proposed changes aim to fortify Sharjah's legal framework, ensuring comprehensive legal coverage. The SEC directed its General Secretariat to forward the draft to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi for approval.
Furthermore, the Council reviewed a presentation on Sharjah International Airport's recent achievement of Level 3 'Development' accreditation under the Airports Council International (ACI) Customer Experience Accreditation Programme. This accreditation is a testament to the airport's commitment to improving customer experience, having rapidly progressed from Levels 1 and 2. The airport employs an advanced strategy engaging customers, employees, and specialists to enhance service quality and overall experience.
The presentation outlined various initiatives and standards achieved by the airport, including customer understanding, strategic planning, measurement, process improvement, governance, customer engagement, design, and innovation. These efforts underscore Sharjah International Airport's dedication to providing a superior customer experience.
