Sharjah Ruler Appoints SPEA’s Higher Education Advisor.

Sharjah: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an Emiri Decree on Wednesday, appointing an Advisor for Higher Education Affairs at the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA). According to Emirates News Agency, the Decree appoints Professor Dr. Mohammed Yousef Baniyas as the Advisor for Higher Education Affairs at SPEA. He will serve on the special contract system for retirees with a lump sum bonus in the Sharjah government. The appointment is effective from the date of issuance of the decree.
