Abu Dhabi:H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, recently met with The Right Honourable Lord Patrick Hodge, Chief Justice of the ADGM Courts, which manage the financial free zone on Al Maryah and Al Reem Islands and handle civil, commercial, and employment disputes.
According to Emirates News Agency, during the meeting, Sheikh Khaled highlighted the significance of adopting advanced technological solutions to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the judicial system of the ADGM Courts. He also stressed the need to further develop regulatory and legislative frameworks in alignment with global best practices and standards.
Sheikh Khaled expressed that such initiatives will enhance transparency and governance principles, support Abu Dhabi's position as a competitive international financial and business hub, and create a favorable investment environment conducive to company and investor needs, fostering growth and innovation.
The meeting was also attended by Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and Chairman of ADGM.
