Riyadh: Shura Council Saudi-Turkish Parliamentary Friendship Committee, chaired by Dr. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Qannas, held a meeting with Turkish Ambassador to the Kingdom Emrullah Isler at the council’s headquarters.
Members of the Shura Council and the Saudi-Turkish Parliamentary Friendship Committee attended the meeting, which discussed bilateral relations, with focus on parliamentary relations.
Also discussed were ways to strengthen and boost relations between the Shura Council and the Grand National Assembly of Turkiye in a way that serves the interests of both countries, and several other topics of mutual interest.
Saudi Parliamentary Friendship Committees aim to strengthen friendly relations between the council and legislative bodies in brotherly and friendly countries. Their efforts focus on fostering external relations for the Kingdom and promoting effective communication and coordination at various regional and international parliamentary forums.
