SpaceX Successfully Deploys 28 New Starlink Satellites from Florida

Cape Canaveral: SpaceX launched another batch of its Starlink internet satellites from Florida's Space Coast. A Falcon 9 rocket carrying 28 Starlink spacecraft lifted off from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on Monday.

According to Emirates News Agency, the Falcon 9's first stage returned to Earth approximately eight minutes post-launch. It landed on the Just Read the Instructions droneship positioned in the Atlantic Ocean. This marked the 17th launch and landing for this specific booster, which has previously participated in 10 other Starlink missions, as detailed in a SpaceX mission description.

Starlink stands as the largest satellite constellation ever deployed, and it continues to expand, as evidenced by Monday's launch. Currently, there are over 7,100 active Starlink spacecraft in Low Earth orbit (LEO).
