SPC member condoles Parliament speaker

Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh Bin Habtoor, a member of the Supreme Political Council, has expressed his heartfelt condolences to Yahya Ali Al-Ra'i, the Speaker of Parliament. In the cable, Bin Habtoor condoled al-Ra'i following the passing of al-Ra'i's wife.
