The Ministry of Interior's Special Forces for Security and Protection, and the National Cybersecurity Authority held a cybersecurity awareness event yesterday for the forces' members, to reduce emerging cyber risks. The event addressed the importance of cybersecurity, its role in achieving a safe and reliable Saudi cyberspace, and ways to increase cybersecurity awareness among the forces' members. It also emphasized the importance of preserving national security. The event was part of the National Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign launched by the National Cybersecurity Authority to coincide with the international Cybersecurity Awareness Month, marked globally in October.
