Sultan Humanitarian City Wins Platinum Award at 2022 Patient Safety Congress in Dubai

Riyadh, Sultan Humanitarian City has won the platinum award for the category “sustainable quality and patient safety initiative” at the 2022 Patient Safety Congress in Dubai, after the city received the vote of the jury unanimously for its project “Moving to zero harm with the use of high credibility concepts of organization principles”, which competed 71 medical projects that were extended by 16 countries from the Middle East.

Prince Faisal bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Secretary General of the Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Foundation, stressed that the award is the fruit of relentless work and appreciated efforts by the city to apply the highest standards of quality and best international practices, noting that the city vision targets creating an exceptional recovery and work environment, whether for patients of the workforce, thus contributing to developing all elements that can positively reflect on the growth of programs and development of medical care, which will help offer advanced services to the society.

He noted that these civil achievements that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia realizes are part of the limitless support of the wise leadership and in light of the Saudi Vision 2030 and its multiple programs in realizing national transformation, which will eventually make the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia among developed countries in terms of healthcare, praising the pioneering role of the Ministry of Health in achieving integration with the nonprofit sector and enabling it to serve the society.
