The Supreme Committee for Supporting Al-Aqsa and the Palestinian Cause, in its meeting on Wednesday in Sana’a, headed by the Advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council, Allama Muhammad Muftah, discussed a number of topics on its agenda related to the path of mobilization and mobilization in support of Palestine and its people.
The committee denounced the American-British aggression against the nation the day before yesterday, Sunday, by launching 18 raids on the capital secretariat and the governorates of Sana’a, Hodeidah, Taiz, and Al-Bayda, which comes as an extension of the ongoing aggression against our people since March 2015.
The committee praised the military operations carried out by the Yemeni armed forces against American targets, the most recent of which was against the military cargo ship “OCEAN JAZZ” in the Gulf of Aden in response to its aggression and raids in the capital secretariat and the governorates that were targeted.
It indicated that this blatant British aggression, w
hich comes in response to the success of the efforts of the Yemeni armed forces and naval forces in preventing the passage of Israeli enemy ships and all ships of other nationalities heading to the ports of occupied Palestine, will be met with an appropriate response and punishment by the Yemeni people and their armed forces.
The Committee denounced the continued Arab and international silence regarding the daily war massacres committed by the brutal Israeli enemy forces against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip in conjunction with a comprehensive siege that led to the spread of famine among its population in full view of the entire world.
It stressed that the war of ethnic cleansing and genocide carried out by the Zionist entity and its criminal siege of Gaza is a disgrace on the face of the world, especially the West, which for more than fifty years has deafened the world to human rights, while today it is biased and even a defender, supporter and participant in daily massacres against the people o
f Gaza.
The committee pointed out that the Yemeni people and their armed forces will continue to adhere to their religious, moral and humanitarian approach in supporting their brothers in the Gaza Strip using various available means and capabilities, foremost of which is the continued naval embargo on enemy ships and preventing their passage in the Red Sea until the Israeli aggression is stopped and sufficient aid enters the people of Gaza.
The Supreme Committee has designated Al-Sabeen Square in the capital secretariat to hold the central march next Friday afternoon, coinciding with similar blessed marches that will be witnessed in the capitals of the free governorates.
It called on the free and generous people to participate in Friday’s marches in the honorable manner that previous marches witnessed, as the least duty of solidarity available to everyone with their brothers in Gaza.
The Supreme Committee had reviewed the minutes of its previous meeting and approved it.
