Takala calls on Al-Menfi and Dbeibah to support North Africa’s case against the crimes of the Zionist entity in Gaza.

The High Council of State (HCS) called the Presidential Council (PC) and the Government of National Unity (GNU) to assign a team of legal experts to prepare the necessary legal files to enhance the chances of success of South Africa’s case against the Zionist entity before the International Court of Justice regarding its commission of genocide crimes against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

This came in two letters addressed by the Head of the HCS, Mohamed Takala, to the President of the PC, Mohamed Al-Manfi, and the Prime Minister of the GNU, Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah, in support of this case, for which hearings were scheduled for January 11 and 12.

Takala also stressed in the two letters the need to exert all efforts to take the necessary measures to formulate a joint Arab and Islamic effort towards this position.
