Teachers key partners in advancing education system: Minister of Education

ABU DHABI: Sarah bint Yousif Al Amiri, Minister of Education, emphasised that the UAE views teachers as key partners in advancing its education system and places their empowerment at the forefront of its priorities, as they are the foundation of the educational process and the guarantee for its progress and leadership. Al Amiri congratulated all educational staff on the occasion of World Teachers' Day, celebrated globally on 5th October each year. She said, "On this occasion, we celebrate the achievements of all teachers, educators, and those working in the educational field, and we appreciate their efforts, dedication, and contributions to enhancing educational outcomes and achieving significant milestones at the national level." She stressed the pivotal role teachers play in developing, preparing, and building future generations, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel and compete on a global scale.
