Tripoli: Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, Mabrouka Toghi, discussed with the Chargé d’Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Libya the cultural cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop them.
This came during a meeting held on Tuesday at the headquarters of the Ministry of Culture in the capital, Tripoli, according to what the ministry announced on its Facebook account
