Trials for 3rd Edition of Saudi Games Commence

The trials for the third edition of the Saudi Games, which include 25 sports, are going to be held until September 25. The sports are squash, chess, beach volleyball, sailing, badminton, athletics, baloot, karting, archery, Muay Thai, triathlon, table tennis, climbing, cycling, e-sports, golf, gymnastics, coastal rowing, tennis, weightlifting, wrestling, taekwondo, padel, swimming, and billiards. The Saudi Games hosted by Riyadh are scheduled to start on October 3. Prizes worth SAR180 million are allocated for this edition. Winners of gold medals will receive SAR1 million each, silver medallists SAR300,000, and bronze medallists SAR100,000. Winners of the gold medal in the youth category will receive SAR100,000, of silver medals SAR50,000, and of bronze SAR25,000. Twenty-three sites have been equipped to host competitions.
