He stated that the United States is being affected by what he described as "filthy, polluted, and unhealthy air," further asserting that the air quality is "dangerous, and totally unacceptable." In a post on Truth Social, Trump emphasized his stance, accusing Canada of failing to properly maintain their forests and brush, which he believes is contributing to the air quality issues in the United States.
