Turkiye’s unemployment rate fell in July 2023 to 9.4 percent on year-on-year basis.
According to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT), the unemployment rate over the past July fell by 0.2 points, compared to last June where it sat at 9.4 percent.
During the same period, the number of unemployment had fallen by 38,000, to becoming 3.291 million.
The unemployment rate fell in the second quarter of 2023 to 9.7 percent compared to the same period last year.
