Abu Dhabi:The UAE Accountability Authority has initiated a new campaign focused on raising awareness among government employees about financial and administrative corruption. The campaign addresses violations that could impact public funds and stresses the importance of reporting such practices through approved channels.
According to Emirates News Agency, the campaign's objective is to provide employees with the necessary knowledge to identify and report corrupt practices. It seeks to ensure that cases of corruption are not ignored and that employees are familiar with the correct procedures to follow when encountering such issues.
The campaign also promotes the use of the Wajib platform as a secure channel for reporting financial and administrative corruption and related violations.
The authority highlighted that increasing awareness about corruption and the mechanisms for reporting it contributes to strengthening integrity and accountability. It emphasized the importance of protecting public resources as a shared social responsibility, urging every individual to participate in safeguarding the nation's resources and achievements through a collective national commitment.
