UAE Leaders Gather for 53rd Eid Al Etihad Celebration in Al Ain.


Al Ain: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with Supreme Council Members, Rulers of the Emirates, Crown Princes, Deputy Rulers, and distinguished state guests, attended the 53rd Eid Al Etihad official celebration at Jebel Hafeet National Park.

According to Emirates News Agency, the event saw the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, among other dignitaries. The ceremony highlighted the UAE’s journey, celebrating its heritage, national achievements, and its evolution from ancient traditions to modern innovation.

The 40-minute ceremony featured seven chapters, including tributes to the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and the late Sheikh Tahnoon bin Mohammed Al Nahyan. It showcased innovative storytelling and cutting-edge stage technologies, such as drones and light displays, set against the Jebel Hafeet backdrop.

The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, accompanied by UAE-based musicia
ns, delivered a musical performance that integrated Emirati heritage and national pride. The event concluded with a visual display promoting environmental preservation, highlighted by a drone-created palm tree in the sky.

The ceremony was live-streamed throughout the UAE and involved a construction effort starting in September 2024, with over 10,000 individuals contributing to the event’s success.
