DUBAI: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a cable of condolences to His Eminence Dr. Ahmed El-Tayeb, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, on the passing of his sister. His Highness expressed his heartfelt sympathies and sorrow for the loss, reaching out to the Grand Imam during this challenging time. According to Emirates News Agency, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, have also dispatched similar cables of condolences. Their messages conveyed support and solidarity with the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, highlighting the strong ties between the UAE leadership and the esteemed religious institution.
