Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan today received His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi. During the meeting, Prince Khalid conveyed greetings from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, along with their best wishes for the UAE's continued progress.
According to Emirates News Agency, Sheikh Mohamed reciprocated with his greetings to King Salman and the Crown Prince, expressing his sincere wishes for Saudi Arabia's ongoing growth and prosperity. The discussion between the two leaders focused on strengthening bilateral ties and exploring ways to enhance cooperation and coordination in areas that serve their mutual interests.
The leaders also exchanged views on regional and international developments, particularly in the Middle East, and reviewed efforts to maintain regional security and stability. The meeting aimed at supporting the aspirations of their peoples for further development and prosperity.
The meeting was attended by notable UAE officials, including H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence; H.H. Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and National Security Advisor; and several other key figures engaged in national security and strategic affairs.
