UAE President, VPs offer condolences to President of Philippines on Typhoon Carina victims

Marcos Jr., President of the Republic of the Philippines, on the victims of the floods caused by Typhoon Carina, which swooped the Philippines and resulted in several casualties and injuries, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
