UAE Team ADQ Rider Secures Victory in Final Stage of GP Fergana Ladies

Fergana: Kazakh rider Rinata Sultanova, representing the UAE Team ADQ, clinched a significant victory by winning the second and final stage of the Grand Prix Fergana Ladies. Already acclaimed as the Asian individual time trial champion, Sultanova showcased her prowess once again, solidifying her presence in the competitive cycling scene.

According to Emirates News Agency, Sultanova, who was racing for the Kazakhstan National Team, showed remarkable skill and strategy. After finishing fourth in the opening stage on Tuesday, she delivered a commanding performance in the final stage. Sultanova launched a successful solo attack during the 91-kilometre race in Fergana, ultimately crossing the finish line 29 seconds ahead of her closest competitors. China's Haixin Dong from the XDS China Women Team, Indonesia's Ayustina Delia Priatna, and Uzbekistan's Yanina Kuskova from Queen Sport followed her lead.

Sultanova's impressive results over the two stages earned her second place overall in the competition. She completed the race 1:07 behind China's Hao Zhang, further cementing her reputation as a consistent and formidable rider in the Asian cycling community.
