Kuala lumpur: The UAE's 14-member squad is set to participate in the ACC Men's Premier Cup 2026, a 50-over cricket tournament, which will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 30th August to 12th September. The competition will feature eight teams.
According to Emirates News Agency, the UAE has been placed in Group B, alongside Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Singapore. The Emirates Cricket Board announced that the UAE will commence their campaign against Qatar at the Bayuemas Oval on Monday, 31st August. Following this, they will face Kuwait at the same venue on Thursday, 3rd September.
The UAE's fixtures will continue with a match against Singapore at the UKM YSD Oval on Sunday, 6th September. Their group stage will conclude with a game against Oman at the UKM YSD Oval on Tuesday, 8th September. The semi-finals of the tournament are scheduled for Thursday, 10th September, with the final and third-place playoff set to be held on Saturday, 12th September.
