Venezuela categorically condemned the US and British attacks on Yemen, which only contribute to further instability in the region.
Venezuelan Foreign Minister Ivan Gil said in a statement published on the X platform today: Venezuela strongly condemns the bombing of Yemen by the United States, Britain, and other countries. It is an illegal act that violates international law and only contributes to further instability in the region.
The Minister reiterated the Venezuelan government’s emphasis on the necessity of ending the genocide practiced by the Zionist entity in the Gaza Strip and recognizing Palestine as an independent state in order to achieve peace in the West Asia region.
Caracas called on the international community to apply all necessary measures and pressure to re-establish international law and justice in the region and prevent the escalation of the conflict resulting from the Zionist entity’s attacks in Palestine.
