Tourism, sports projects, and walking trails in Madinah neighborhoods have contributed to instilling the habit of walking, a positive routine that raises people's quality of life, one of the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. This morning, SPA witnessed community members hiking and cycling one a trail in King Fahad Central Park. They also took advantage of the available sports equipment in the park. The park is one of several projects implemented by the Madinah Development Authority and the municipality of the region to enhance the quality of community life and create appropriate places for individuals to practice sports that positively impact their behaviour and lead to healthy lifestyles. The recently opened walking trail is surrounded by green areas adorned with palm trees. The sides of the walkway paths are lit, parking is available on both sides, and seating areas are provided. Many commercial activities and restaurants nearby can be enjoyed by locals and visitors. The Madinah Development Author ity built Al-Aqeeq walking trail, where modern elements and the historical dimension of the place come together to create an outlet for the people of the region.
