Wall Street Closes Higher on Chip, AI Stocks

New york: Wall Street's main indices closed higher on Monday, supported by gains in semiconductor and artificial intelligence stocks. According to Emirates News Agency, the S and P 500 rose 0.74 percent to close at 7,538.34 points, while the Nasdaq Composite advanced 1.12 percent to 26,121.16 points. The Dow Jones Industrial Average also gained 0.29 percent, ending the session at 53,053.59 points.
