Weather Forecast for Monday

The National Center for Meteorology forecasts moderate to heavy thundershowers that may cause flash floods in the Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah regions. Fog is expected in the highlands of these areas and parts of the Eastern Region. Winds are predicted along the coastal areas of Tabuk, Madinah, and Makkah. Over the Red Sea, winds will be northerly to northwesterly, reaching 15 to 50 km/h, and rain clouds can be expected in the southern part. Waves will reach from one to more than two meters, and the sea will be choppy. In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northerly to northwesterly, reaching at 10 to 30 km/h in the northern and central parts, and southwesterly to northwesterly, at speeds of 10-25 km/h, in the southern part.
