While receiving the Jordanian media delegation .. Al-Maliki praises Jordan’s stances towards Iraq

Baghdad, The leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, praised Jordan’s stances towards Iraq and the support of the King Abdullah II, especially in the field of combating terrorism.

Al-Maliki said, while receiving the Jordanian media delegation visiting Baghdad at the invitation of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate: “We appreciate Jordan’s position that no terrorist or anyone who wants to tamper with Iraq’s security and stability crossed its borders towards Iraq,” stressing the importance of standing by Jordan in light of the difficult economic conditions that pass by it.

The head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Moayed Al-Lami, confirmed: “The invitation of the Jordanian media delegation comes as a matter of exchanging media and journalistic experiences, and providing an opportunity to meet with senior politicians and statesmen to learn about future plans and programs for Iraq, and its comprehensive reforms in various fields.”

He added that there are good relations between media institutions in both countries, and both have a presence and influence in the Arab media scene, calling for benefiting from professional media experiences in transmitting accurate and correct information.
