Yemeni community held protest in New York in solidarity with Gaza

In conjunction with the massive Friday afternoon rallies in Yemen in support of Palestine, the Yemeni community in collaboration with the Palestine Liberation Organization and dozens of civil society organizations and solidarity groups from the American people rejecting the American-Israeli aggression on Gaza and Yemen, organized a protest in New York, USA.

Yahya Al-Kabsi, the advisor to the Yemeni community in New York, highlighted that the protest, which took place in the streets of New York, condemned US support for the killing of civilians in Gaza and rejected the US-UK aggression against Yemen.

The protest included speeches and slogans focusing on freedom for the Palestinian people and strong rejection of the ongoing genocide against the people of Gaza and their supporters.

They carried Yemeni and Palestinian flags and raised banners demanding an end to the Israeli occupation and cessation of aggression against Yemen.

Protesters denounced the American-British aggression on Yemen and pointed out the
daily violations carried out by the Zionist occupation with US cover, a clear violation of international law.

They also condemned the American support for the occupation’s crimes against the people of Palestine and called for holding President Biden accountable for his support of the Zionist entity.

Protesters were subjected to US police repression after demanding accountability for the Biden administration and an end to the American-Israeli aggression against innocent Palestinians
