12 Killed in Missouri Skydiving Plane Crash

Butler: Twelve people were killed today when a skydiving aircraft carrying them crashed in the US state of Missouri. According to Emirates News Agency, the Bates County Emergency Management Agency reported that the aircraft went down near Butler Memorial Airport, approximately 95 kilometres south of Kansas City. A security official with the Missouri State Highway Patrol informed reporters that the passenger aircraft was used for skydiving operations when it crashed in the state.
