Ajman:The Ajman Government Human Resources Department is organizing the 'Fursa' Employment Fair, which will feature participation from 20 private-sector companies offering more than 300 job vacancies. The event is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 15 October 2026, at the Emirates Hospitality Centre in Ajman.
According to Emirates News Agency, the fair aims to attract UAE nationals who possess secondary school, diploma, or bachelor's degrees and are seeking employment. It is part of ongoing efforts by the department to expand employment opportunities for national talent and increase their presence in various economic sectors by facilitating direct engagement with employers and familiarizing jobseekers with labor-market requirements.
Fares Abdulaziz Al Mandous, Director of the Talent Empowerment Department at Ajman Government Human Resources Department, stated that the Fursa Employment Fair demonstrates the department's commitment to developing initiatives that connect national talent with genuine employment opportunities. The fair will enable jobseekers to explore available vacancies and participate in job interviews with company representatives, thereby simplifying recruitment processes and aligning qualifications with job requirements.
Al Mandous highlighted the importance of collaboration between the government and private sectors in supporting employment and empowering national talent. This initiative aligns with Ajman Vision 2030 and national human development priorities, aiming to enhance the participation of nationals in the labor market and contribute to economic development.
