Amran province on Monday organized a speech event to celebrate the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
The event, hosted by the branches of the Zakat, Martyrs Care, and Geology and Minerals Authority, highlighted the significance of this sacred occasion.
Governor Dr. Faisal Juman emphasized the importance of such events in honoring the Prophet of Mercy and the Seal of the Prophets.
He noted that celebrating the Prophet’s birth reinforces faith, enhances cultural identity, and upholds the moral values and guidance of Islam.
The governor stressed that the celebration reaffirms loyalty to the Prophet and strengthens resistance against attempts to undermine his status.
Juman described the anniversary as an educational opportunity to purify the soul, improve behavior, and foster a sense of responsibility and steadfastness.
He also praised the Yemeni people’s steadfast support for Palestine and their connection to the Prophet.
Deputy governor Hassan al-Ashqas echoed these sentiments, underscori
ng the importance of celebrating the Prophet’s birth as a means to strengthen faith and revive the Prophet’s teachings.
The event called for widespread participation in upcoming activities, including the central celebration on the twelfth of Rabi’ al-Awwal.
It emphasized the need for a strong turnout to honor the Prophet’s legacy and support the ongoing resistance in Gaza.
