Amran Province Court of Appeal concluded the training course for clerks and secretaries in appellate divisions and courts of first instance in Amran and Sa’ada provinces.
The course, which was organized by the Justice Ministry over five days, aimed to introduce participants to knowledge related to their tasks , work and to keep abreast of everything new in this aspect.
It also included theoretical aspects and scientific applications on the concepts required to be kept up with by the clerks and secretariats of the courts of the two provinces, in a way that enhances their role in enhancing and improving the performance of the judicial system at its various levels.
At the conclusion of the session, the Director of Amran Court of Appeal, Muhammad Al-Shammari, stressed the importance of the session in activating the work of the courts of first instance and the divisions of appeal, pointing to the clerks role and secretaries in moving judicial work forward.

es of the course in practicing a way that contributes to continuous work improvement and development , stressing the importance of efficiency in dealing with case files that come to the courts of first instance and the divisions of appeal.
