Wind inshore will be variable less than 05 KT at first becomes Northwesterly - Northeasterly 05 - 15 KT Gusting to 20 KT at places daytime.
Offshore, it will be mainly Northwesterly - Northeasterly 03 - 12 KT.
Visibility will be 04 to 08 kilometers, decreasing to 3 kilometers or less at places.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 2 FT. Offshore will be 1 - 3 FT.
