Hamriyah: The Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA) in Sharjah is preparing to participate in the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2024), a key event for showcasing innovations in the energy sector and facilitating global networking.
According to Emirates News Agency, HFZA will use ADIPEC 2024 as a platform to highlight its strategic advantages, advanced logistics systems, and investor-friendly environment that have significantly enhanced its appeal in the energy, oil, and petrochemical sectors. HFZA hosts over 1,200 major global companies within a specialised area dedicated to the petrochemical industry.
HFZA’s strategic location, with access to a commercial port featuring a depth of 14 meters, plays a crucial role in facilitating import and export operations for investors, ensuring seamless market access. The free zone also offers a comprehensive array of services backed by advanced infrastructure and service solutions.

We also aim to facilitate the exchange of expertise and advanced technologies that drive growth and contribute to a more sustainable energy future,” Al Mazrouei stated.
He further emphasized Hamriyah Free Zone’s role as a pivotal hub for major energy and oil companies in the Middle East, being the UAE’s second-largest petrochemical center. Its strategic location allows for easy access to major markets and offers comprehensive solutions for exploration, production, and refining projects.

With an expected attendance of over 184,000 visitors, ADIPEC 2024 will convene the world’s leading energy stakeholders to discuss the critical roles of artificial intelligence and finance in accelerating the global energy transition.
