His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has sent a cable of congratulations to Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia Evika Silina on the occasion of the formation of the new government which has gained the confidence of Parliament.

HRH the Crown Prince expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes for the Latvian Prime Minister and steady progress to the people of the Republic of Latvia.
