Abu Dhabi: The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), affiliated with the Department of Municipalities and Transport, has detailed the operational schedule for its Customer Happiness Centres, public bus services, and driver and vehicle licensing centres during the Hijri New Year (1447) holiday on Friday, 27th June, 2025.
According to Emirates News Agency, the ITC announced that Customer Happiness Centres throughout the Abu Dhabi Emirate will remain closed for the holiday, resuming service on Monday, 30th June 2025. Services will still be accessible through digital platforms such as the official website https://admobility.gov.ae/, the “Darbi” mobile application, and the “TAMM” government services platform. Additionally, support can be reached via the Department of Municipalities and Transport’s Support Centre at 800850 or the Taxi Service Call Centre at 600535353, which are operational 24/7.
Public bus services in Abu Dhabi will follow the weekend and public holiday schedule, with additional trips on regional and intercity routes to accommodate passengers. The Abu Dhabi Link service will operate as usual from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, while the Abu Dhabi Express bus service will be available from 6:00 AM until midnight.
Driver and vehicle licensing services will continue at several centres during the holiday. Light Vehicle Inspection Stations at Al Salama Building in Abu Dhabi will be open 24 hours throughout the week, while other locations such as Al Salama Building in Falaj Hazza and Al Bateen in Al Ain will operate from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Friday. Rahayel City will have its facilities open from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday.
For heavy vehicle inspections, the Mussafah Vehicle Inspection Centre in Aman, Abu Dhabi, will be available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Friday. Other centres in Al Ain and Al Dhafra will also adhere to specific hours during the holiday.
Taresh Offices at Al Salama Building in Abu Dhabi will operate from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, with other locations in Al Shamkha and Al Ain offering services on the same day. Insurance offices within Al Salama Building will be open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Friday, while Motor World in Al Shamkha and other areas will provide services from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
