Damascus, “ I love you” and “ come.. I made coffee for you” were the first fruits songs of an album composed by Syrian Sanubar band, but they all were characterized by the simplicity of words and drowning in the use of everyday expressions with the dramatic music distribution.
The album, titled “Koz 1”, was recently released on the band’s sites on social media.
The album included seven songs and came as a fruit of many experiments of the founding artists of the band, Maestro Eyad Hanna and Dr. Amjad Ayoub to continue work with Sanubar band, they dedicate their music and lyrical orientation to present songs from the heart of reality that avoided traditional themes.
Maestro Hanna affirms that Sanubar band seeks to present art in a different way, with love, freedom, thought, high feeling, melodies and sounds that have a lot of passion and a lot of living moments with the least possible fuss.
Songs of the album are performed by Yara al-Shamy, Nizam Ayoub and Iyad Hanna
It is expected that “Koz 1” will be launched within a ceremony on August 22nd at Wadi al-Nadara area in al-Hawash in Homs western countryside.
