The correspondent of the Libyan News Agency quoted eyewitnesses as saying that the land borders between Libya and Sudan are closed on both sides, the border strip is full of armed groups, and Sudanese and Chadian security patrols are active, which warns of the dangers of any attempt to cross or infiltrate Libya during this period.
A number of Sudanese nationals stated to the correspondent that they had not received any calls or information regarding the entry of refugees into Libya and had not registered any request for assistance for the arrival of migrants fleeing the ongoing clashes in Sudan.
On the other hand, charitable institutions in the city of Jallo stressed their readiness to provide aid and relief in the event of the arrival of any refugees fleeing the battles between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces.
