A bilateral discussion session was held in the capital, Tripoli, this Monday afternoon, between the President of the Presidential Council, ‘Mohamed Al-Manfi,’ and the President of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, First General, ‘Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan.’
The media office of the Presidential Council reported that the discussions attended by the delegations of the two countries dealt with reviewing ways to enhance, support and develop the bilateral relations extending between the two countries in a way that serves the peoples of Libya and Sudan, where it was agreed to exchange delegations between the two countries and activate the agreements signed between them, in addition to issues of common interest, including those that leads to peace and stability in Sudan and the region.
According to the media office, Al-Burhan appreciated the positive positions of the State of Libya towards Sudan expressed by the President of the Presidential Council in regional and international forums, calling for and supporting Suda
n’s unity, national security and stability, and rejecting negative foreign interference in the two brotherly countries.
