Mansour bin Zayed receives Member of Politburo of Chinese Communist Party

ABU DHABI: His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, today received Chen Miner, Member of the Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party and Communist Party Secretary of Tianjin, at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi. At the beginning of the meeting, Chen conveyed the greetings of Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China, to President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, wishing the UAE continued progress and prosperity. In return, Sheikh Mansour relayed the greetings of His Highness the UAE President to the Chinese President, expressing his wishes for further growth and development in the relations between the two nations. The meeting discussed avenues of cooperation and joint work across all sectors, particularly in trade, investment, and development, to achieve the aspirations of both countries for sustainable development and prosperity. They noted that the UAE and China are celebrating the 40th annive rsary of establishing diplomatic relations this year and are looking forward to further cooperation that will advance their mutual interests in the coming years.
