Parliament completes a first reading of a number of laws

Baghdad, The House of Representatives has completed the first reading of a bill ratifying an agreement between the governments of Iraq and Tunisia regarding air services between their regions.

The House of Representatives also has completed the first reading of the draft law on Iraq’s accession to a protocol to amend the Convention regarding crimes and some other acts committed on board aircraft.

The House of Representatives also completed the first reading of the bill ratifying the maritime transport agreement between the governments of Iraq and Egypt.

The House of Representatives also completed the first reading of the draft law on Iraq’s accession to the 2005 Protocol relating to the suppression of illegal acts directed against the safety of fixed platforms on the continental shelf for the year 1988.

Also, the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee began the first reading of the draft law on the Iraqi National Security Agency.
