The Speaker of the Parliament, Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, sent on Wednesday a congratulatory cable to Chairman of the Russian State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin.
In the cable, Al-Ra’i congratulated Volodin on the occasion of his country’s celebrations of the National Day.
