The Culinary Arts Commission, in collaboration with the Saudi Conventions and Exhibitions General Authority, will host the first Arabic edition of the Sirha exhibition, Sirha Arabia, from October 1 to 3, at the Riyadh Front Exhibitions and Conference Center.
The exhibition, to be held for the first time in the Middle East, is one of the largest and most prominent exhibitions specialized in food and hospitality services. It provides a platform to share expertise and experience, explore cutting-edge technologies and innovations, and uncover promising opportunities in the culinary industry.
It will comprise three main areas, each hosting a range of engaging activities: the Sirha Food Forum, serving as a platform for dialogue and panel discussions by culinary professionals; the Sirha Food Masters, a workshop in which local and international chefs participate; and the exhibitor area, which will display the products of over 200 exhibitors.
The exhibition aims to highlight global culinary trends, present local pr
oducts, inspire and empower national talent, and help drive growth in the local and global food and hospitality sector.
The exhibition is part of the commission’s endeavors to attract top international events and establish the Kingdom as a premier global destination for culinary enthusiasts.
The primary Sirha exhibition is a globally renowned event in the food and hospitality industry, held biennially in Lyon, France.
