Georgia, USA, King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftness and Creativity ‘Mawhiba’ as well as the Ministry of Education, affiliated to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, have collected six prizes during their participation for the 16th time in a row in the International Scientific and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2022 in the US state of Georgia from 7 – 13 of May 2022, it was reported today.
During the contest, Abdullah Al-Ghamdi won two prizes in energy; Dana Al-Aithan awarded a prize in chemistry; Tahani Adel in materials; Maria Al-Ghamdi in chemistry; and Yousef Khoja in CD systems.
Then Mawhiba announced 19 winners of its special prizes from all over the world.
Six students, three Saudis and three Americans were also granted scholarships to participate in Mawhiba international enrichment program.
As many as 13 students belonging to the United States, India and China were also awarded scholarships to study at King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals.
