Riyadh, Saudi Parliamentary Friendship Committee with Ivory Coast at Shura Council, headed by member of Shura Council and Deputy President of the Committee Dr. Turki Al-Onzi, held a meeting at the council headquarters with Ivory Coast’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Coulibaly Drissa.
During the meeting, talks discussed several issues of mutual interest, particularly at the parliamentary level, including between the Shura Council and the Ivorian Parliament, in a bid to further boost bilateral cooperation between them to serve the interests of both countries and peoples.
The meeting was attended by members of the Saudi Parliamentary Friendship Committee with Ivory Coast in the Shura Council and a number of officials of the Embassy of the Ivory Coast in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Joint parliamentary friendship committees of the Shura Council aim to strengthen friendship ties and communication between the Shura Council and legislative councils and parliaments in other countries in a bid to enhance the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s relations at the foreign level.
